Malpoa

Malpoa
My all time favorite dessert dish.
Ingredients

Wheat flour - 1 cup
Besan (chick pea flour) - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Pistachios - for garnishing
Sliver leaf - for garnishing (optional)
Ghee - shallow fry

Method

In a pan mix water and sugar and bring to boil or until sugar dissolves.
Mix wheat flour and besan and add sugar syrup slowly and mix all
together keep batter at a side for atleast 1 hour then heat a frying pan
pour the batter and shallow fry the pancakes in ghee and cook on both
sides. Garnish with chopped pistachios and sliver leaf. Serve hot or cold.
