Black Cloud Mocktail
Ingredients: Serves : 1 glass
3oz Mango juice
1/3 cup Coco- Cola
Martini glass
Mixing Instructions:
In a martini glass add mango juice then take a spoon upside down and pour coco-cola slowly. Serve Chilled.

Pineapple - Raspberry Parfaits
It looks good and sounds really healthy.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 5 minutes, Serves: 4 parfaits

Ingredients

Peach yogurt - 2 cups ( non-fat)
Fresh raspberries - about 1-1/4 cups
Fresh, pineapple chunks - 1/2 cups

Method
Divide and layer yogurt. Raspberries, pineapples into 4 glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. 

Malpoa

My all time favorite dessert dish.
Ingredients

Wheat flour - 1 cup
Besan (chick pea flour) - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Pistachios - for garnishing
Sliver leaf - for garnishing (optional)
Ghee - shallow fry

Method

In a pan mix water and sugar and bring to boil or until sugar dissolves.
Mix wheat flour and besan and add sugar syrup slowly and mix all
together keep batter at a side for atleast 1 hour then heat a frying pan
pour the batter and shallow fry the pancakes in ghee and cook on both
sides. Garnish with chopped pistachios and sliver leaf. Serve hot or cold. 

Cheesy Apple - Cinnamon Raisin Grill

Chessy Apple - Cinnamon Raisin Grill
Preparation Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 9 minutes, Serves: 1 serving

Ingredients
Cinnamon - raisin bread - 2 slices
Cheese single - 1 slice
Apple thin sliced - 1/3 cup
Butter, softened - 2 tsp

Method
 Spread butter on both sides of bread slices. Cook bread in a bread
toaster on medium heat or toast for 2 minutes or until golden brown
on both sides. Apply cheese single apple slices and keep another
toasted bread slice on it. Cut into triangle and serve hot.
Cover apple slice bread slice with other bread slice cut into triangle shape

Shikari Aloo

Shikari Aloo
Baby potatoes cooked with a spicy masala powder and finished with lemon juice.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes, Cooking Time: 20 minutes, Servings: 4

Ingredients
Baby potatoes - 16-20
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds (cilantro) - 1 teaspoon
Cloves - 5 - 7
Fennel seeds (saunf) - 1 teaspoon
Green cardamom - 3 - 4
Whole dry red chillies, broken - 3 - 4
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (or as required)

Method
Wash and boil the potatoes. Once the potatoes are boiled and cooled cut them
into half. In a pan dry roast all dry ingredients and grind them into a fine powder.
In another pan add oil dry roast powder, potatoes, salt and mix for 1 or 2 minutes.

Cucumber (peeled) - 1/2 medium

Mixing Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender with ice. Serve chilled.

A delicious recipe for Pelican with grapefruit juice, lime syrup, grenadine syrup
and lemon juice.
Ingredients

Grapefruit juice - 3 1/2 oz
Lime syrup - 1/4 oz (or as per taste)
Grenadine syrup - 1 dash
Lemon juice - 1 dash

Mixing Instructions

Shake well ove ice cubes in a shaker, Strain into a  glass
over ice cubes and Serve.

Summertime Soda
A delicious recipe for Summertime Soda with orange juice, grapefruit juice,
lemon juice, caster sugar, soda.
Ingredients

Orange juice - 1 oz
Grapefruit juice - 1 oz
Lemon juice - 1 oz
Caster sugar - 1 tsp
Soda water - 3 oz
Vanilla ice cream - 1 tbsp

Mixing Instructions
Dissolve sugar in juices in a highball glass three - quarters filled with ice.
Add soda, top with ice cream and garnish with fruit. Add straws and serve.

Vanilla ice cream - 2 1/2 cups
Cocoa cola - 1/2 cup

Mixing Instructions

Put vanilla ice cream, cocoa cola in blender. Blend. Enjoy this sweet
and fizzy delicacy drink.

Mix Vegetable Soup

Mix Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
1/2 cup carrots chopped
1/4 cup french beans chopped
1/2 cup peas shelled
1 1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp coriander leaves
3-4 tsp butter
3 glasses of water
salt (namak) and pepper to taste
for garnishing :
cheese granted

Method:
Melt butter, fry ginger and garlic paste, add tomato puree, carrots, French beans, peas and water. Pressure cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add coriander leaves.
Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with cheese.

Basil Tea

BASIL TEA
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Basil Leaves
21/4th cup Water
2 tsp Tea Leaves
To taste Sugar
As needed Milk 
Method:
In a small tea pan bring water and basil leaves to boil.
Lower the heat and allow to brew for 3-4 minutes.
Now add the tea leaves or tea bags and sugar as per taste.
Bring to boil.
Turn off the heat and strain it into cups and add milk as per your taste.

Basic Mojito

Basic Mojito

Ingredients:
1.25 oz  rum
12 mint leaves
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 oz lime juice
2 oz soda
Method:
Place mint leaves in bottom of the glass. Add crushed ice, rum, sugar and lime juice and muddle. Add soda water and garnish with mint leaves.
